Yes! All lots are currently available, so you can choose the one that fits your preferences — including lakefront or shaded areas under live oaks.

How do I reserve a lot?

Just Contact Us our office or schedule a visit. We’ll walk the property with you and mark your preferred lot with a temporary hold — no deposit required at this stage.

What’s the process for buying a home?

Once you’ve chosen a lot, we’ll help you select a floor plan and finishes. Homes are custom-ordered and installed on-site. From order to move-in, the process typically takes about 90 days.
