Living at Villa Farms has been a positive experience for me. Bill and his team are great and respond to any needs in a timely manner. I appreciate the continual care and maintenance of the grounds and facilities. There is a feeling of community and neighbors look out for each other. I would recommend this lifestyle in our mature years.

My husband and I moved to Villa farms in 1996. He liked living here because he didn't have to cut grass or shovel snow, as he did in Illinois. I have liked living here because of all the friends and good neighbors I've had. We look out for one another without being intrusive. We've also enjoyed the pool, walking, and socializing. It's been a good place to live.

I had the privilege of moving to Villa farms in May of 2022 from Kansas Villa Farms is a friendly community that is warm and welcoming. I have a small dog, Gizmo, and we are able to walk the neighborhood anytime day or night and feel completely safe. We all look out for each other. The clubhouse is open and a great place to gather and the swimming pool is great. I love that my yard is always well maintained and beautiful! It is a great Community to meet new people and make friends. I am so glad I can call VillaFarms home.

We are so happy we chose to join the residents here at Villa Farms in January of 2016! We tell all who ask "How do you like living there?" that it is the best of condo living: no shared walls, no noisy neighbors just caring ones, lovely homes, fantastic upkeep and continual improvement to the common areas! Plus we know the Herrington family sees Villa Farms as more than a business venture, but more like a ministry to provide a safe, affordable and attractive community for the 55+ population of Putnam County. You couldn't make a better decision than to become a resident of Villa Farms!

I have owned three different residences here. Different reasons took me out of state, but I've always come back to Villa farms. I feel safe here. Bill Herrington has always helped when I needed him. He cares about the needs of everyone that lives here. We are close to the hospital and stores. We have our own mail boxes, and a beautiful clubhouse where we have supper socials and bingo. If you have a birthday or any kind of celebration the clubhouse is a wonderful place to have it, with kitchen and bathrooms. Right out of the French doors there is a beautiful pool. It's a great place to walk to. Jamie, our Master Gardener, takes pride in keeping our park beautiful.

I have been living at Villa Farms for a bit less than a year. It was the usual down-sizing decision of a widowed retired person. It was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I have not regretted this decision for even one mili-second since I moved here. I immediately met the most welcoming, gracious and friendly people. They made me feel I fit right in. Since the whole community is 64 homes, it takes no time to become friendly with or at least get acquainted with all the neighbors. Last but not least the property is beautifully maintained. I would recommend (and I have recommended) Villa Farms to friends who may be looking to downsize and live in a friendly, quiet senior community.

I've lived in Villa Farms for under a year. The first thing I noticed is the lovely landscaping and cleanliness. It's not only the pride of owner, Bill Herrington, it includes those living here too. The people here are welcoming. Several residents walk and others with their dogs. If you want to take a dip, the pool is 82 degrees. You like Bingo. It is here! There is a Clubhouse where socials happen. I love living here. It is a great community. It's become an extended family!

Have you ever thought about what you want from a retirement community? Safety, less yard work, neighborly behavior, sense of community, and well-maintained general areas. Well, that is what you get when you move to Villa Farms. Originally I heard good things about living here and had to wait a short time on a waiting list before an opening came up. I'm currently in my 10th year here and could not be happier living anywhere else. If you ever need help, your neighbors are there with a generous giving spirit. I feel you would never regret a decision to live at Villa Farms.
